Thank you to the 100+ homeowners who were able to attend the Annual HOA Meeting. Also, thank you to those who submitted proxies if you were unable to attend. This combined effort enabled us to achieve the quorum needed to conduct business, elect three new board members and vote on the proposed dues increase.
We would like to thank our outgoing board members Michelle Roberts, Nick Nicoll, and Patricia Rogers for their devotion to the neighborhood and the untold number of hours they have given to Faircloud. We are very grateful for their passion, time and talents. The three new board members that will join Gordon Amini, are Jay Hoey, Todd Estes and Jamie Carter. Ron Hulshizer will also renew as treasurer. All four were elected with a unanimous voice vote in the affirmative.
Regarding the proposed dues increase of $240.92 per year. The vote to increase the annual dues did not pass.
There are 382 homes in Faircloud, 50% (or 191) yes votes were required for the increase to pass. Voting results: 188 voted yes and 10 voted no. In reviewing eligibility to vote, a member must be in good standing with no outstanding dues owed. After removing homeowners with outstanding dues, the final vote: 172 voted yes and 8 voted no.
Homeowner dues statements for the second half of the year will go out in May. They are due on July 1st. Faircloud contracts with a third-party management company, Neighborhood Services Corporation, to handle all neighborhood financial matters.

- Via an ACH bank draft
- Via the Town Square app or website www.townsq.io (using a credit card)
