Dues are $617.40 per year, payable in 2 payments of $308.70 each. They are due on January 1st and July 1st, and are late after the end of those months.
Faircloud employs a third party management company, Neighborhood Services Corporation, to handle all neighborhood financial matters. There are several ways to pay.
- by mail with a check
- via an ACH bank draft
- via the Town Square website or app (using a credit card)
